Bharat Ke Super Founders Opens Applications for Season 2 After a ₹130+ Crore Debut Season

Applications now open for founders across India; Season 2 premieres in December 2026

India: After a debut season on Amazon MX player that drew over ₹130 crore in funding commitments for the featured startups, Bharat Ke Super Founders (BKSF) has opened applications for Season 2. Emerging entrepreneurs from all over India can register now at bharatkesuperfounders.com.

BKSF is co-created by Recur Club, India’s largest debt platform for startups and SMEs, which has funded over ₹3,000 crore across more than 2,000 startups, and Rusk Media, the digital-first studio behind 20+ IPs including Battleground and IPop Star.

Most startup shows run on drama and TRPs. BKSF set out to do something different, staying focused on what founders actually need: funding, mentorship, and visibility. It backs startups through equity, debt, and grants, and puts the spotlight on genuine entrepreneurial journeys from every part of India, especially founders coming out of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Beyond the Tycoons (the investors), the show runs Market by Recur, an arena where real market investors back founders with debt, equity, grants, and mentorship, stepping in even when the Tycoons pass.

A Debut Season That Found Its Audience

Season 1 of Bharat Ke Super Founders is currently streaming on Amazon MX Player. It featured 45+ startups across sectors including technology, D2C, consumer brands, education, and services.

By the close of the season, the show had generated ₹130+ crore in funding commitments, built a network of 100+ founders, and recorded:

  • 400M+ views across digital and streaming platforms
  • 538M+ impressions

It also ranked #1 in the Ormax streaming charts for seven consecutive weeks and holds a 7.9 IMDb rating, a sign of how well it held audience attention through its first run.

Abhinav Sherwal, Co-founder of Recur Club and co-creator of Bharat Ke Super Founders, said: “Some of India’s most meaningful startups are being built far away from the spotlight. We started Bharat Ke Super Founders on a simple belief, that founders deserve to be celebrated and supported, not just treated like deals.”

He added: “Season 2 carries that forward, with an even sharper focus on real founder journeys. At Recur club over the years we have worked with 2000+ founders and we have witnessed their struggles and sacrifices. The idea behind BKSF has always been simple: help founders across India get discovered and support the entrepreneurial spirit that moves Bharat forward.”

Season 2 is expected to premiere later this year. Details on the investors, mentors, and industry leaders joining the new season will be announced over the coming weeks.
