Ranbir Kapoor, the acclaimed Bollywood actor and entrepreneur, has made an undisclosed investment in Prozo, a full-stack supply chain platform. The Gurugram-based startup, founded in 2016, announced the news on Tuesday, August 5.
Prozo’s founder and CEO, Ashvini Jakhar, expressed enthusiasm about Kapoor’s involvement, stating, “Ranbir brings creative depth and strategic thinking. His belief in reliable operations mirrors our ethos, and we’re excited to build with his support.” Jakhar, a former naval doctor and McKinsey consultant, sees great potential in this partnership.
The company’s proprietary technology stack allows over 150 brands to integrate warehousing, freight, and fulfillment on a single platform. Kapoor, recognizing the importance of efficient supply chain management, said, “Every brand today needs speed, consistency and adaptability…Prozo’s systems give brands that edge. I’ve seen how great execution builds trust—and Prozo is enabling that behind the scenes.”
Prozo’s impressive client roster includes names like The Minimalist, Neemans, Comet, Beardo, Snitch, Traya, Powerlook, and PhonePe. The company currently manages 42 tech-enabled warehouses, covering over 2.2 million square feet, and delivers to more than 24,000 pin codes across India. It’s operating at a revenue run-rate of ₹250 crore.
Looking ahead, Prozo aims to expand its warehousing network into new cities and offer tailored services to quick commerce brands and MSMEs throughout India. The company also plans to focus on automation and predictive analytics while enhancing same-day or next-day delivery capabilities.
This investment marks another step in Kapoor’s entrepreneurial journey, following the launch of his lifestyle and clothing brand ARKS in February 2025. However, he’s not the first celebrity to back Prozo. In June, Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma also made a strategic investment in the company.
Prozo has previously raised $20 million from Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia across multiple funding rounds, further solidifying its position in the supply chain technology sector.Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor backs Prozo, a full-stack supply chain platform.
