Indian Tech Startup Zyod Raises $18 Million to Scale Global Fashion Manufacturing Operations

Indian fashion manufacturing platform Zyod has raised $18 million in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global to expand its tech-enabled operations to more countries worldwide. The Gurugram-based startup helps connect global fashion brands directly to factories in India through an ERP software solution that streamlines the entire production process from design to delivery.

Founded in early 2023, Zyod currently works with over 550 customers across 18 countries. The platform provides Indian factories with day-to-day production instructions and optimization tools to better utilize their capacity. By eliminating ineffective paper-based management, Zyod’s “brain of manufacturing” software increases efficiency. It also guides factories on component sourcing and cut-and-stitch patterns to maximize output.

The new funding will allow Zyod to grow its presence in key international markets like Australia, Brazil and underserved regions of Africa and Europe. The company aims to establish a consistent global supply chain capable of producing all-season styles. Funds will also support automated features and design integration to further enhance factories’ capabilities.

In addition to venture capital, the round included undisclosed debt financing targeted at working capital needs. Zyod plans to use the infusion to develop advanced analytics and prediction models while connecting traditional machinery to its platform. The rapid expansion demonstrates how digitization is transforming fashion manufacturing globally and opening new opportunities for localized production.
